For all the years I was insured with Budget with multiple vehicle and home contents cover I had to cancel my policy as I went through a battle of more than 2 years to get my home contents replaced with the same brand names and quality as well as same capacity items. I was well insured up to the quality items I had but they only offer entry level replacements. If you well insured you will only get 30% of that value the day you have a claim. If you request phone confirmation and fine print information those details will be denied. Communication during complaint process non exciting. You never find correct staff dealing with your complaint. This was my experience the past 28 months.
