Had an issue with my premium and Nkosinathi Shezi was the agent that was assisting me

Had an issue with my premium and Nkosinathi Shezi was the agent that was assisting me. We went through everything and he explained everything in detail. He was so patient and the level of professionalism was impeccable. He did not treat me like a number but spoke to me as a person (he could see me and he understood my issue). When i called i was ready to spit fire but he calmed me down. Budget should have more Nkosinathi Shezi cuz he's it.
