Had an accident weeks ago, claim approved but there is no transparency
Had an accident weeks ago, claim approved but there is no transparency. They wrote of my car and I requested repair assessment, Even now I have no document on hand, they just speak everything over the phone and you won't have paper trail. They pretend like helping.
