Great Service rendered

After reporting an accident that I had been involved in I called Budget Insurance and informed them of what had happened and the level of service I received from Mr. Tasleem Bester was out of this world. He explained everything that had to happen, kept me up to date with my claim and what still needed to take place and even went out of his way to ensure that I have my vehicle assessed as soon as possible. Throughout the difficult time Mr. Bester went out of his way to ensure that I did not endure more difficulty as a result of what had happened and for that I am truly grateful. After everything I felt at ease for being a member of the Budget family and hope that all Budget customers can receive the same levels of service.<br> <br>
