Great Service offered by a Call Centre Agent

Yesterday I was assisted by a gentleman named Ndabezitha Makhawula with my inspection, he was so helpful. He tried by all means to ensure that my online profile is working, even after numerous technical errors we were getting he was willing to go the extra mile and attach the photos on my behalf using email. Much appreciated ;)
