Great service from the Budget complaints department

After i had battled and given a run around by budget insurance, and had to go take my car to a far Renew it panel beater instead of being referred to the one closest to me at home. A lady from complaints i think her name is Louise called me yesterday, she is amazing. Very peofessional, and she gets things done. Very good and accountable and great at holding people accountable. Budget needs alot of people like her. She goes an extra mile, far and beyond for a client and gets things done. Great work, i hope i got her name right.Thank you lady.
