Great service for a complainant

What a great service? I was approaching the insurance with my guts up because I am doubly insured by the same company with different names. Even though my problems have not being resolved and it will be after few days that any progress is made Letitia gave me confidence that my complaint will be addressed without prejudice. Irrespective of the outcome, I wish to commend her for the peoples skills. She was wonderful, very calm and empathetic. She is a service agent of the future.
