I forgot that i had taken out a policy with budget insurance. i never cancelled my policy with budget after deciding to stay with my current insurer.<br> <br> Faizel Omar was very helpful and assisted me in cancelling my policy. He wanted to better my premium, but i indicated that i do not want to play the insurance companies off against each other and that I was happy with my current insurer. He understood and assisted me. he indicated that their doors are still open if i decide to go to them in the future, which i appreciated. great service from him.
