Great Service

In our country we have a tendency to always complain about almost everything. I'm a firm believer that one should also give credit where credit is due, like Budget Insurance. I recently received my annual policy renewal letter and noticed that the premium was going to increase considerably. I called the call centre to explain my financial situation and they went out of their way to accommodate my situation. Not only did they reduce my premium, but you could hear the person on the other end of the phone was really sincere in her dealings with me a customer. Unfortunately, I cant remember her name, but whenever I have to contact them, I always receive the same sort of (friendly, professional) service. A great THANK YOU to everyone at Budget Ins.
