Great exceptional service

I've been with Budget for almost 5 years for motor vehicle. They really are the best and their service is simply the best (mind you, I work for an insurance company but I still choose to be with Budget). I was in an accident in 2023 and my claim was reviewed and approved within 48 hours. They even assisted me to source a replacement vehicle as mine was written off. Today I called to ask for a premium review and Nokuphiwa Mthembu was such a delight. She explained how my premium, cover and excess is determined. Reviewed my details and updated them with so much patience and calmness. Thank you Nokuphiwa for such a great service. We as clients stay with Budget due to service we get from people like you!
