Great Customer service
<p>On the 7/07/2016 I called Budget insurance just for simple assistance i went from pillar to post with the 4 agents I spoke to, when I was transfered to the last agent i was already irrate, i spoke to Michelle Mathobela from Claims department she was great no awarkd silences in the 19 minutes we spend on the phone, she helped me with no attitude, very polite and friendly and she knew what she was doing even gave me extra infrmation I was not aware of. </p> <p>I just want to say say Michelle Mathobela thank you so much, keep up the good work and treat all your customers the way you treated me yesterday. </p>
