Great Claim Processing by Mr. Rivo Manzini of Budget Insurance

While a bit frustrated with the initial Customer Service Contact line, when eventually put through to Rivo Manzini, he calmly and efficiently assisted in logging a claim for the repair of my rear passenger window at Glasfit.

The reason I am logging this review is because I wish to acknowledge the great service received.

After explaining how long it will take to log thw claim, I explained that I may run out of airtime. Rivo immediately said we can hang up the line and he will call me back.

The call lasted 13 minutes.
