Great attitude,service,follow up & follow through

My vehicle was stuck on Sunday evening. I contacted the emergency line and was greeted by a warm and friendly guy \Cheslin\". he was very professional and friendly and reassured me that everything will be sorted. His attentiveness created great ease for me as this was a first time situation. My personal thanks to Cheslin for his wonderful attitude, service ethic and that he took accountability. I called this morning and a consultant was supposed to return my call....Still waiting but then Cheslin called me for a final follow up and wow started resolving my query again and making sure I get friendly service and great attitude.<br> <br> I would commend Cheslin for his wonderful attitude. Guys you better hold on to him because people like him is very scarce in the service industry.
