Great assistance from Faheed
Great assistance from Faheed. No assistance from Manager Samantha and no feedback from Lerlika, Almost 4 weeks to finalize the claim and the repairs haven't even started. Assessor Braam was the one who assisted me the most. Always friendly and helpful and going out of his way to try and speed up my claim. Talking to Cab is annoying and a waste of time because he cannot help you and the only way to speak to a human is via email to which the manager and person dealing with my claim never repond. So the whole process exteremly frustrating.
