GOOD SERVICE RECEIVED FROM EMMANUEL ( CLAIMS DEPARTMENT)

I lodged my car accident claim with budget insurance on the 28th August 2024. Today ( 2nd Sep 2024) I called budgets to follow up on my claim.I was so frustrated with the lack of communication from budgets until i spoke to Emmanuel (claims department). He advised that that my claim has been settled with the panel beaters. I was at the verge of cancelling my policy with budgets due to the service i received from Bulelwa who was very rude to me during the call. Tables turned when i called in today and spoke to Emmanuel, he reassured me that I am with the right insurance company. He went over and above to ensure that my car repairs are booked with RENEW IT and organized with Europcar for my courtesy car. This was done within 30 minutes of our call.
