Delini Naidoo from Budget Insurance was very helpful, professional and kept me updated throughout the claim process after having a problem with bursting water pipe at my house. She made me feel special as a client. Big up to her. I was not reachable at times and she didn't stop calling the following day until she can update me... including sending me sms. I am happy.
