Good service but I'm disappointed that I've been claim free for almost 10years and I park at the same place and im not high risk but my premiums keep going up

Good service but I'm disappointed that I've been claim free for almost 10years and I park at the same place and im not high risk but my premiums keep going up. The gentleman who assisted me was very good
