Good service but could be improved

I've been with budget for many years, and in events involving claims the head office team has been extremely helpful, however I am not so convinced about their selected panel beaters in the west rand, namely automagic, i've used them with a previous car where they resprayed my ford focus's bumper, the paint job was good but they forgot to connect back my active grille shutters. so the engine was not getting the air it needs, luckily i picked it up quickly as i'd started noticing the radiator fan kicking in too quickly, and picked up an error code about the active grille shutters in a stuck position. Also another thing with the company is around their pricing, i was charged an exorbitant fee with 5 days to remove minor bumps from a hail storm using PAINTLESS REPAIR. I managed to do the job with my brother over a weekend. The quotation i received included a lot of unneccesary labour and removing of parts, and also paint should some parts need repraying, so that also disappointed me, also with the fact no other panel beater in the area was proposed by the insurer.
