Good news from Budget Insurance

I followed up on my claim with Budget insurance & was very excited to be told it has been approved. I would like to thank Budget team especially the customer service consultant who contacted with update during the claim process & Jethrop's manager who assisted to ensure the claim gets finalised and as for Jethrop (Investigator) from Budget Insurance would like to officially apologise for any misunderstanding or whatsoever we had during the investigation. This was due frustrations on the claim that has been dragging & felt have acted on emotions to expose him on social media. I hope Jethrop will find a space in his heart to forgive me & wishing him a success in his future career. I will continue to be loyal to budget insurance as usual & can refer anyone to join budget insurance.
