Good day I had my car towed on the 26th of September I was stuck in the mall I had to get two different two trucks to tow my car out and they damaged my car to a point where it started leaking and my cars steering wheel gave it on Monday the 30th My car was towed the Tuesday and I was told it’s at Renew it Sandton to my Suprise it’s not there Till date I don’t know where my car is I don’t know what’s going on in terms of the repairs They keep lying to me saying they will call me back I’m the one calling them wasting my airtime It’s been 10 days without a car which they f Damaged and don’t want to take accountability or atleast even compensate me with a car while they fix my car Everytime I call I’m dealing with rude call centre agents and the mangers lie about calling me back
