Good day, firstly the call assistance was more concerned about my life than my property
Good day, firstly the call assistance was more concerned about my life than my property. Meaning she emphasized with my situation than revictimizing me. secondly, the road assistance arrived within 15 minutes after logging a call. Lastly it was easier to claim and they were updating me in everything
