Good Customer Service Received from Smita Dooken

Big thanks to Smita Dooken, the only consultant who was able to answer my question after several attempts to contact other consultants, including an underwriter, who was unable to resolve the problem despite the fact that it had been logged and they had been advised of the issue. I appreciate Smita Dooken's ability to delegate my query to a person who will take action on it.
