Good and calming service. Such a protective factor when one is in chaotic crisis

Was involved in an accident on the 16th. I called emergency assistance and they organized for my car to be towed. The lady who helped me was so prompt and empathetic, somebody arrived within 15 min. Today I called the claims department and the service was calming. At some point the line cut and Alucia ensured to call me back, twice. My car was booked for an assessment tomorrow and based on the service so far, I feel reassured. The only thing is I was not given a claim reference however, I am certain Letricia will provide it as I was assured she will be calling me tomorrow before end of business day. So far I am really happy and I think calm enough to go back to work while this process continues. Looking forward to a smooth claims process and hopefully I will be up and running soon enough. Thank you for the good service budget. My access is quite steep but I totally understand the terms I signed up for so I just have to do my part💀. I will definitely be getting more products with you if this is the consistent service standard.
