going for 2 weeks still claim is not approved

Almost 2 weeks still claim is not approved!!!!!i have complained to Hendriette at claims department for touch up policy.she says management is not getting back to her.why not?i have complained on budget insurance website still nothing.<br> They say that the dent doctor is not approved thats why but i have been there 4 times before without a problem and there are currently vehicles at the dent doctor for repairs???hallloooooo can someone wake up please!!!now everyone is quite so why am i paying for something that i can never use.<br> Worst service ever!!!!!i have 4 touch up policies and 4 main insurance policies i will be cancelling all of them tomorrow because obviously budget doesnt care about their customers at all.<br> Its disgusting to say the least !!!!!i want my car booked in at dent doctor by tomorrow morning or all policies will be cancelled thats it!!!useless idiots working at budget by the looks of things but they quick to take my R5000 premium every month for all my policies but i can never use it !!!
