Give misleading information

Last year on the 25th November 2014 I accepted top up cover for my bmw from absa insurance, I later call budget insurance to inquire up to how much my bmw is insured for and I spoke to mr N khumalo time was 13h00 approximately who works for budget I ask him that is there a need for me to take this top up cover the answer was no you are covered with 300k should your car involved in a total loss well pay up to 300k and was advised by a budget employee to cancel the top up from absa bcoz I won't need it. Now I'm faced with a situation where really my car is a writeoff and budget paid 140k retail value as per contract state and I'm 38k shortfall now I spoke to staff at telesure who listened to my story and ask for proof like policy schedule for my topup and cancelation date form absa I forwarded to telesure Mrs Tanya vermaak but now Recieve call that I won't be helped with 37k and they claim that they can't find the telephone recording of that conversation with mr n khumalo on the above mentioned date. I call budget who confirm me calling budget that day and the time I want intervention I need that recording because I'm sure third person will see I was mislead they must pay 38k shortfa
