Geyser replaced with damaged parts and now it has damaged my wall paint

I am not happy with their service , I logged a call for my household Geyser which bust on 23/03/2025 and it was repaired on the 24th and then after the repair just a few hours it was spraying out hot water and had to call them again and that water ruined my wall paint and now have to log another call and it was their company they sent out for repairs and the job was not well done and now they telling me there is a damaged part which needs to be logged to the manufacture and I don't even know the manufacturer and I'm so not happy with the company they sent out for repair why would they fix my geyser with damaged part and leave after that , so clearly that company is using old part to repair my appliances
