Gap cover

Requested for my Gap cover to my surprise that my occupation was incorrect. when i read their T&C'S for claims its stated Failure to advise us will affect your cover and any claims submitted on your policy. I speak to the consultant on the line enquiring about it but on their side they see the correct occupation but when they send out the policy nothing changes but the occupation. this seems to me like its done on purpose to disqualify beneficiary from claiming. Its funny how they have every information correct but the occupation. So disappointed and disgusted by this. imagine if I had to claim and to find out about this so sickening. Worse the consultant Im talking to initially lies and says its a printing issue. Next Says on his side it gives him my correct occupation but when I tell him to email it to me he refuses. He then says its an I.T issue and he will log it, I then ask him to send me an email letting me know he has logged it he refused. I ask to speak to his manager he puts me on waiting until I had to call in again. I eventually then get an apology email still no change.
