FURIOUS
I am furious with Budget Insurance. We had a vehicle break in, in December and now a house break in on Monday morning. On both occasions the excess is equivalent or more than the excess. Its completely ridiculous what is the point of having insurance when there is always an excuse why NOT to pay out?????
