Frustrating Lack of Accountability and Transparency Over Vehicle Assessment Report

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received regarding my vehicle assessment report. I have been requesting this report since Friday the 24th of October 2025 and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive it. Each time I call, I am told it is being sent, yet nothing arrives. My calls are being dropped, and I am left on hold for extended periods with no resolution or feedback.

This ongoing lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. It gives the impression that the information is being deliberately withheld or that I am not being told the truth about the progress of my assessment.
