Frustrated with service

Being insured with buget insurance for almost 5 years, I noticed a little dent in my vehicle in December 2018, I didnt even stress about it, because I am insured for this type of thing 'dents and scratch cover' I put the claim in on the 19th of December 2018 and after hours on the phone, frustrated, eventually I speak to some higher management and on the 29th of January the Claim gets approved 40 days of waiting. Only to discover that telesure removed things off the quote the panel beater created for my vehicle to be fixed correctly. If anyone understands spray painting , if you spray 1 panel of a vehicle you got to blend in the neighbouring panels, that's the part of the quote telesure decided not to pay out. In simple English, as a customer I understand that my insurer is telling the panel shop do a half a job on car not bothered if the panels next to the sprayed panels will show a different color! I dont pay half debit orders. I'm sick and tired of calling in wasting my air time, being put threw to different departments, being told to wait 24 to 48 hours for feedback
