Frustrated

I have had a nice experience with budget insurance for three years now, until I got an accident in 12 April 2023 they gave me a guy name Julius Rabotsho to be the inspector for my car, he did the worse job and up to now he is not responding and I still don’t even know what will happen to my car, no communication or whatsoever I am receiving and it’s so frustrating not to have a car while you are still paying for both insurance and the car. I really trusted budget insurance.
