Frustrated by Budget Insurance Poor Service

Extremely poor service from Budget Warranty Insurance. If there was an option to rate a ZERO I would rate it a double ZERO. When one calls Budget Insurance you are put on hold for 45 minutes or more, they don't respond to emails, they just don't have a sense of urgency. Budget Insurance just doesn't care for their paying clients. My car is at a dealership and will not be released without payment by Budget Insurance, I am now told they will try to process the payment the next morning. Like really how am I supposed to get home? I am stuck at work and will have to end up requesting Uber and paying an exorbitant amount of money for me to get home.
