friendly and helpful

Good day i had a problem with Budget insurance for a very long time ,but Loui came to my rescue ,he called me and told me that he will get to the bottom of my problem which he did and he was so friendly ,i was angry but when i spoke to him i felt so relieved,now that's what we call good customer service.my query has been resolve d and i'm now a happy client all thanx to him and please do the same to others.
