********** policy cancelation

<p>I was called by a budget insurance consultant on the 21st of December 2016 who told me my policy has been canceled because they did not recieved my premium for November. But when i check my bank statement i see the amount of R148.52 VAPINSBUDG ********** 78 NOV PREM deducted on 26 November. He asked me if i want to reinstate it but yet he knew already the account was still active. As it stands my account remains cancels even when i had paid all the instalments. This is totally unfare because i've been paying my policy without fail every month. These people are *****ed, i advise all customers to stay away from budget because they are misliding and unproffessional.</p>
