********** marketing!!!! ****s!!! Pathetic service!!!!
according to the new POPIA Act we not suppose to contacted for marketing that we didn't request so I don't know why budget is calling me to offer life cover with incorrect information. A guy called saying I'm a loyal customer to budget paying my premiums on time hence they offering me a life cover and that's misleading with incorrect information. My premiums are not up to date hence am planning to cancel. Your consultant was very rude with no listening skills talking while am talking. Pathetic company!!!!
