This insurance company has taken 3 weeks to simply investigate my claim. A Lawrence Mokeona claims my medical records fail me and my witnesses share a different story than I do. I have proof there is no such medical record, and there were NO witnesses to my car accident. I pay my premium with no mistake and feel very disrespected and cheated. I will wait for this pending investigation and definitely consult my Lawyers because I am a Black Female South African that refuses to be taken advantage of. The call between Lawrence and I have been recorded on my side as well.
