I complained two weeks ago about not receiving the voucher as promised after doing the quote, and budget consultants called me to explain that the consultant from budget made a mistake by saying that I will receive the voucher after 24 hours and I will receive the voucher after 7 working days of which I haven't received anything and I called budget insurance and they are now denying that I'm entitled to receive the voucher. And I have been requesting the recording of the call to post it on social media so that people know what I'm talking about
