***** with the insurance repair center

Claimed for a broken screen and frame on my Samsung S4 after an accident. Paid the insurance the required excess for the claim. Then after a year I discovered that the insurance repairer claimed form Samsung ADH insurance (to get the parts for free) while charging for the parts for my/insurance account. I tried phoning Budget to get the full story and/or the repairers details, but they are to busy to phone me back, apparently. So please help me in finalizing my query. Can't believe crime can even happen on this level...absolutely disgusting.
