budget insurance is really reaping clients off, every month they take my money in peace for extended warranty but whenever i claim it takes them weeks and today they are rejecting my claim for an error done by their consultant, consultant told me i have unlimited number of claims and if there is a shortfall i can claim again for the same thing, early this year they rejected my claim then when they listened to the call discovered that i was told i can claim as much as i want, now they are giving me problems again, but money they eat it in peace NXA
