Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct – Kwezikazi Adonis / Budget Legal

I had a very disappointing experience with Budget Legal Insurance while trying to get assistance with a matter they are supposed to cover.

Instead of receiving professional support, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. During the conversation, I felt that my concerns were not properly listened to, and I struggled to explain my situation without being interrupted. The focus appeared to be on finding reasons not to proceed with the claim rather than assisting a client who is paying for legal protection.

In my experience, the level of customer service fell far below what one would expect from a legal insurance provider, especially when dealing with matters that require professionalism and careful listening.

I also found the conduct during my interaction with Kwezikazi Adonis to be unprofessional and discourteous, which made an already frustrating situation even more difficult.

Legal insurance is meant to provide support during difficult situations. Unfortunately, my experience with Budget Legal has been the opposite.

I hope the company reviews its client engagement and service standards so that future clients receive the professional assistance they deserve.
