Firstly, they totally denied that I have an existing policy with them. Secondly, they tell me to expect a claims text message in 5min and it’s now 8hours and I haven’t received this text. Thirdly, now after calling them for the 5th time, this text will only be generated after 24hours. Then another 24hours for an assessor to look into the claim. A horrible claims process!!
