First time being with Budget, I took out a service plan policy with you guys, on friday I called as I wanted to submit a service claim which it was done successfully but it left me more than confused. I call again today to get clarity on your process and I was assisted by the lady named Maite. She took me through the claiming process and explained to me what I needed to do from my side which nade the process more simply because I know had a better understanding of how you guys work.
