FIRST AND THE LAST
This insurer will leave you on your own,when it comes to assisting and settling a claim.They will investigate it,and do whatever is necessary NOT to assist. You'll get handed over to Tihsa,and they in turn will take 8 weeks and more to investigate.I have yet had an answer about my claim ..

24 Sept 2025, 08:32Push your service providers Tihsa,who in turn uses Waidler for data readings that take 13 days,without results..And yet,no assistance from yourselves in this regard.In the meantime I have spent money that I do not have ,in order to get to work.How does one lose more than 50 % of your income,and still survive after waiting 8 weeks for a claim to be settled.The vehicle has not been recovered in 8 weeks....In the meantime I am seeing my financial position crash to the ground ,as a result .How am I going to pay your premiums ,without work ?
