Finally Paid for shortfall by budget after a 2 year court battle!

I've finally been paid for my shorfall cover by budget insurance after almost a 2 year battle of delaying tactics. My Golf 7 had sunroof and leather seats from the factory which upon the claim, were viewed as ''extras'' and exempted from indemnity. They interpreted wording to suit their whims. They put me through debt and a lot of pain and suffering for 2 years. I'm so grateful to my very relentless attorney who faught this matter tooth and nail. It became less about the money and more about justice because we trust our insurers to be there for us in our time of need and not to cheat us. Please beware if you're covered by them. Ensure that u seek clarity on the wording and have everything on record because they're ****s!
