Feroz is very good she keeps you up to date and promptly act on email. Im rating her on this may colleagues like her multiply. Unlike Lehlohonolo Mathokgo who is claims consultant on the vehicle claim that one has caused so much stress and trauma and I have emailed him and told him he is doing poor job he can learn a thing or two from Ferezo.
