feel ******

I have been with budget for over 4 years for car and home contents.....to my suprise when i claim for my damage stove...My claim gets declined for reasons that i do not understand ....i have never claimed for home contents before......I feel like i am being taken for a ride all this months .....i feel ******...i now can not cook for my children, im waiting for end of the month to get payed so that i can buy a new stove....an expense that i did not plan/budget for ......why have insurance if it does not help you when needed
