I called Budget Insurance for assistance regarding an accident my car was involved in on 15 June 2013. I was requested by the insurance to pay an amount of R8 900.00 to cover the damage repairs and they will claim it from the other party, to date I have not received that amount back. Several attempts were made to contact the insurance regarding the payment due to me, however no assistance has been received. The last call was in February 2015 when I called their office but was referred to their legal office in Johannesburg but was told they were in a meeting and they will get back to me. To date no contact has been made by the insurance since in attempt to assist me in claiming my money back from the other party. <br> Your assistance in the matter will be highly appreciated.<br> <br> Kind Regards, <br> <br> Mrs JG Tshabalala
