FALSE & MISLEADING ADVERTISING

Budget Insurance price beat is a **** they do not want to pay out as they could not beat my current quote before quoting the consultant assured me I do qualify for the pay out should they not beat my quote, after quoting an email was sent to me which she said I must respond with my documents which I did the next morning only to not get feedback/acknowledgement , I then followed up via Facebook seeing the my email follow ups where not responded to, the social media's response was they will get to my document I need to within/ or WAIT 30DAYS,I KEPT ON FOLLOWING UP STILL & NO ONE IS TELLING ME I NEED TO RESPOND VIA LINK ON THE EMAIL DESPIST MY ATTEMPTS TO FIND OUT WHAT IS THE HOLD UP, FINALLY WHEN SOCIAL MEDIA CONSULTANT TOLD ME TO USE LINK TO ATTACH WHAT I have already sent I was responded he next day that I do not qualify, FUNNY HOW THEY WILL CALL YOU FOR A QUOTE BUT WHEN IS TIME TO PAY UP THEY WILL GIVE A RUN AROUND.. TO DATE NO REASON HAS BEEN PROVIDED AS TO WHY THEY REFUSE WITH THE PAY OUT, THIS IS A **** FALSE & MISLEADING ADVERTISING JUDT TO WASTE OUR TIME.FROM HERE I WILL REPORT IT TO THE RELEVANT BODY
