FALSE AND FRADULENT ADVERTI*****T

Earlier on today, on the 3rd of June 2025, I called Budget insurance wanting to cancel my car insurance as I got a cheaper PREMIUMS somewhere, I spoke to Alisha who told me that, the is not need for me to cancel my insurance, they could simply review my policy and give me a good price without changing anything, So she mentioned that the new premuim would be R1015,71, which I was happy with the deal, so now when I check the new policy document I notice that she has increased my Excess without my knowledge hence the premium has gone done...She basically **** to me saying everything will stay as it was, my basic excess was R5800 and it is now sitting on R6050, THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED WITH ME DURING OUR TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND BASICALLY *****, YOU CANNOT UP THE EXCESS WITHOUT LETTING THE CUSTOMER KNOW...I NEED MY POLICY TO BE CANCELLED, IMAGINE IF I HAD NOT READ THE POLICY DOCUMENT AND TOOK HER WORD THAT EVERYTHING IS AS IT WAS...
