False advertising

I heard on the radio Budget insurance advertise that if you don’t claim in two years, you get money back and it’s called money cash back bonus.

I contacted B.I requesting to find out how much I will be getting back seeing that I have not claimed in two years.

Their response was as follows:

Roxanne Manacas- said I don't have cash back bonus then I stated 'You call me all the time regarding all the extra deals you have, how come I never got a call regarding the cash back bonus or if I got a call for that, may I then have a call recording or if it on the contract, may I please be shown where'

Nadia Shaik rep****- Please be advised that the Cash back deal is usually offered during the initial sales call. However, most clients do not opt for this due to the fact that the premium increases. Then I stated 'May I please have a call recording where I was advised about the cash back deal'

Kyle Theron rep****- Please provide more information regarding the call in which you were advised of the cash back option in order for us to trace and obtain the correct recording. Also be advised that the cash back option has only been implemented from 2015 and therefore there was no cash back available when you wrote up this policy on 1/07/2014. Then I stated ‘I did not say there was a call where I was advised about the cash back bonus even if this was implemented in 2015 I said you call me all the time regarding your deals, so why did you not call me regarding the cash back bonus deal and if there is anywhere I was advised of the bonus deal and declined may I have the call recording for that’

Today I receive a communication from Budget stating ‘You can add Cash Back Bonus to your policy at a small additional monthly fee. To make this change, give us a call on the number above and we’ll give

you all the details and stating that my premium has went up.

I would still like to know is the cash back bonus false advertising!!!
